Spring/Summer Interns

CGIRB is looking for spring/summer interns.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide valuable administrative support to assigned team.
  • Exercise good judgment in the execution and performance of assigned tasks.
  • Work toward 100% accuracy in their work and understand the importance of accuracy.
  • Work as a part of a team to ensure all deadlines are met within company policies and procedures and that all departmental goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Manage confidential information appropriately across all projects.
  • Understand company SOPs and procedures within the scope of their assigned role/position.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all staff, board members and/or external vendors.

Qualifications:

Must be in pursuit of an undergraduate degree at an accredited university or college. Must possess ability to multitask, work well under pressure to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail and communicate effectively. It will be required to appropriately handle confidential information as it relates to clinical trial/study activities. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access and be able to learn additional desktop programs quickly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Interns may be assigned to work in our Client Services (Project Management, Safety, or IRB Services & Study Start-up), Information Management, Quality Assurance or Operations’ departments.
